Eating the right kind of foods will offer faster healing, awesome energy and superb memory. There are many types of diets in the world now. The best kind is that one that fits your lifestyle. When eating think local, fresh, seasonal and about vegetarian sources. Wide variety of vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes and grains will provide complete protein, carbohydrate, fats, vitamins and minerals. Make this your main meal and then add fish, meat, poultry and dairy.
