Whatโ€™s your wish when lighting a candle with soulful wishes through the holidays?

As we reflect on our soulful purpose and meaning during the holidays, letโ€™s reflect when lighting a candle to carry a soulful meaning of representing hope, warmth, love, and light of the spirit, signifying a connection to something greater than oneself, and reflect on the inner light within us. Candles serve as a reminder to share this light with others and cultivate a sense of peace and togetherness.

When lighting a candle with soulful wishes, you might want to bring your intentions and soulful wishes by saying:

Intention Setting: Inner Peace and Tranquility
May this candle bring serenity to my mind and soul. When lighting a candle, one can focus on a specific desire, prayer, or goal, infusing the flame with the energy of their intention.

Connection to the Divine: Guidance and Clarity
Let this light guide me towards the right decisions illuminating my path forward. Across many spiritual traditions, candles are used a s a way to connect with a higher power, creating a space for prayer and meditation.

Remembrance and Honoring: Healing and Comfort
May this candle bring warmth and comfort to those in need. As the wax melts, may my worries dissolve. Lighting a candle can also be a way to remember loved ones who have passed, signifying their continued presence in spirit. With each gentle glow to find inner peace in mind , body and soul.

Self-Care and Mindfulness: Gratitude and Appreciation
I send love and healing energy with this burning light. The act of lighting a candle can also be a mindful practice, encouraging one to be present in the moment and appreciate the simple beauty of our inner soulful light. I am grateful for the blessings in my life.

May my loved ones be safe protected from harm and be well.

The holiday season brings so much joy… but letโ€™s be honest, it can also be overwhelming. Whether itโ€™s a big family celebration or a small gathering with your closest friends, connecting with those you love is the most important part of the holidays. Remember, self-care means knowing when to ask for help. Lean on your loved ones, share the load, and cherish the support they provide.

Tis the season for joy, wonder, gratitude, and togetherness – but for many, itโ€™s also a time of holiday stress. Embrace strategies to reduce stress, deepen connections with loved ones, and truly savor the magic of the holidays.

1) Practice Open Communication: Be Intentional
2) Make Time For Time Management: Quiet Your Calendar
3) Establish Boundaries
4) Resolve Conflict: Share Responsibilities
5) Maintain Traditions: Prioritize Your Own Peace
6) Respond with Kindness

This past weekend, I was so grateful to be a keynote speaker and lead an inspiring and holistic session at the Womenโ€™s Fall Retreat, ๐˜•๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ต๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ ๐˜•๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ: ๐˜Š๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฆ๐˜ค๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜–๐˜ถ๐˜ณ ๐˜š๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ญ ๐˜š๐˜ช๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ๐˜ฉ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฐ๐˜ฅโค๏ธHeld on a serene farm, the event beautifully highlighted the importance of nurturing connectionsโ€”with each other and with the environmentโ€”through the Soul Sisters Connection.

During our time together, we explored:
-Wellness and mindfulness as essential parts of daily life.
-Practical sustainability through composting and planting.
-Healthy living by growing your own food and practicing mindful eating.
-The importance of reconnecting with nature to ground ourselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

It was a transformative experience that truly celebrated how interconnected we are with the earth and one another. ๐ŸŒฟโœจ

As a Health and Wellness Advisor, I have spent decades helping women find natural solutions for achieving good health. Iโ€™ve often discussed the power of food, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and doing everything you can to reduce stress. One thing I havenโ€™t talked enough about can make a real difference: the power of friends you can count on.

Hereโ€™s an interesting piece of information: did you know that female friendships can increase your longevity? Womenโ€™s friendship doesnโ€™t just add joy to life – they can literally extend it. Itโ€™s well known that women excel at building and maintaining friendships, which has profound implications for health and well-being.

It`s easy to sometimes take friendships for granted, or even dismiss the importance of having female friends at all. Science says otherwise itโ€™s been shown that strong relationships reduce depression and anxiety while promoting healthier behaviors. Thereโ€™s a body of research that suggests that cultivating these friendships can have tangible health benefits. Harvard Universityโ€™s Nurses โ€˜ Study found that women are less likely to develop impairments as they age and are more likely to be content with their lives.

There are huge benefits to spending time with like-minded women -physical, emotional, and mental benefits -that make prioritizing friendships entirely worthwhile. Women are each otherโ€™s support system -from giving advice, offering a shoulder to cry on, keeping secrets, lending a listening ear, and boosting one anotherโ€™s confidence and self-esteem. A strong social support system can lead to a better immune system, increased longevity, and more resiliency when life gets tough. Friends help you feel more optimistic, support you through trauma and loss, and help you feel like you belong.

One of the most beautiful things about female friendships is its strength. Our female friends help to build us up and remind us that we have what it takes to follow our dreams and seize the day. Female friends become your cheerleaders. As we age female friends also challenge us to try new things, act as mentors in our personal and professional lives, and push us to excel in all areas of life.

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, Iโ€™ve been thinking a lot about how important gratitude is. In the hustle of everyday life, itโ€™s easy to miss the value of what we already have, especially when it comes to the people around us. But taking a moment for gratitude can strengthen our connections and help us see the everyday joys that fill our lives.

Set an Example: Gratitude starts with you. By showing appreciation, whether through a kind word or thoughtful action, you can inspire others to do the same. These simple acts create warmth and strengthen our bonds, building a ripple effect of positivity.

Be Present: Being present is just as important. Instead of getting caught up in planning for tomorrow, take a moment to embrace today and appreciate the blessings right in front of you, like your health and relationships.

As we get closer to Thanksgiving, letโ€™s all try and make it a priority to show gratitude, not just in your romantic relationships but in your friendships and workplace connections as well. A little gratitude can go a long way in reminding us of lifeโ€™s richness.

As I recently celebrated my anniversary in France, I found myself reflecting on the importance of gratitude. In the rush of everyday life, itโ€™s easy to overlook the value of what we already have, particularly in our relationships.

On this Thankful Thursday, letโ€™s take a moment to appreciate the connections that enrich our lives. Gratitude can deepen our bonds and remind us of the joys that surround us.

What are you grateful for today? Share in the comments!

Did you know that October is Mental Health Month? So, this month, letโ€™s take a moment to prioritize our mental well-being! Mental health is just as important as physical health, and finding balance in our lives is key to living fully and freely. Never think that self-care is selfish because it is essential! Taking care of your mental health improves your quality of life and makes you a more effective leader. I emphasize this in my sessions: when you nurture your mind, you show up as a more present, empathetic, and decisive leader.

Switch it up with an exercise:
-How do you create micro moments of happiness throughout your day?
-Why is joy important for our daily lives routine? Bringing purpose, passion and meaning owning your agency.
-Where your thoughts flow is where your energy goes- be mindful of your inner GPS narratives influencing your actions and choices you act upon.
